Designation: Business Development/Telesales Executive – Online Course Sales.

Preferred Skill Sets: Selling over call and live webinars, Keen interest in education. Being interested in mentoring students.

Academic Qualification: Any graduate degree/ post-graduate degree.

Language: Fluent English

Sales Locations: Work from Home ( Across India )

Working Days: 6 Days Work Week

Salary: Rs.5.4 Lacs Package/Annum

Salary Breakup:
Basic salary Rs.25000 per month
Fix incentives of Rs.20000 per month on achieving Rs.7.5 Lac monthly target.

Net Monthly Salary: Rs.45000 per month

Probation Period: You will be hired for a full-time job post 3 months probation period.

Job Role:

Your role will start with contacting potential customers (university, colleges, corporates, jobseekers, working professionals, SME owners, Startup co-founders, entrepreneurs, homemakers, students, etc ) to set up online video call meetings, counsel the users on benefits of the course and detailed course curriculum and assisting them with IIEC’s customized Learn and Earn opportunities and convert the potential users into paying customers.

Taking up revenue responsibility. This model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales and direct sales.

You will be generating and converting the leads via inbound and outbound telesales.

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase our courses.

Daily Task:

Making 100-150 outbound calls, 5-6 hours of minimum Talk time to generate and nurture a minimum 1-course sale per day and sell 30 courses per month

Basic salary Rs.25000

Incentives: Incentive: Rs.20000

Net Salary = Rs.45000 per month on achieving Rs.7.5 Lacs plus sales target per month

Online Course to sell:

Termination: If the candidate achieves 0 sales in 30 days the contract will be terminated immediately and no salary can be provided under these circumstances.
